My work includes helping organizations develop and implement plans, policies, and practices that are fully inclusive and welcoming, and will include collaboration with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ consultants, speakers, and educators.
I also offer training and conversations about identifying and using available power to affect geniune change.
It is important to know that change requires honest conversations about the barriers that marginalize many employees and clients.
I am especially interested in supporting change in academic and STEM spaces.
